It’s all about BALANCE… ✨

I guess that is what this earthly life journey is all about.. It’s so easy to get carried away into extremes - working too much vs being lethargic, eating compulsively vs counting calories, being extremely emotional vs denying feelings.. There are soo many more examples of this.

And even on the spiritual path, these extremes can be there! (The Egos just evolve!). An example?
Practicing too much and becoming very “strict”, vs not being able to stick to a disciplined routine at all. Being dogmatic vs being gullible.

It’s all about balance. And it all happens naturally when we start accepting and integrating all parts of ourselves, loving them as they are, and having discernment in our decisions.

It all starts with kindness and love for ourselves. That’s how all our inner parts can be in BALANCE 💫🙏🏼

I heard quote that said “Don’t bring your dreams to your tomb”.

Quite hard, no?
But in a way, it did wake me up.
I never imagined that I could find myself doing this beautiful work.. Offering 1:1 sound treatments, guiding sound healings for groups, holding trainings on a beautiful island.
But the choice wasn’t easy. Life tests you and asks you again and again to face your fears and listen to your calling.
It was clear inside of me that the corporate life wasn’t fulfilling my full potential anymore, but I had no idea what else was for me. My mind couldn’t conceive it. On one hand I felt lost. But on the other I knew there was more.

I trusted that this voice inside of me was truthful, it was real. “You are meant for more” it said.
So I embraced the Unknown and took a step towards a big life change.
So much has revealed and keeps revealing since, and I feel blessings are coming every time.

So my advice to you: dare to try. Follow what your heart is telling you. Life is your present moment, so don’t live for the future. Listen to what you are called to and trust it to lead you to your rightful path 🍀

During a sound treatment, the brain moves through different brainwave frequencies, and accesses deeper levels of the subconscious, which are normally not so easily accessible to us.

It’s abundance of air, of sun, of beautiful colors, of the wholeness of our breath, of the aliveness in the body.

What does it benefit us to complaint and get stuck at the level of difficulties, victimizing ourselves to what happened to us?

Did you ever ask yourself how maybe like can be happening FOR you? It requires a great amount of trust.. but it’s actually the only way..
Complaining and assuming the victim role is ultimately only detrimental for us; and takes the power away.

Take your Power back. Choose to accept and even say thank you for what is happening to you. Maybe now it doesn’t make sense to your mind; but trust that ultimately it will all fall into place 🩵

😶‍🌫️These days the mind has been a whole whirlpool, which led my emotional state to swing up and down with the winds. The mind has this incredible capacity to picture the worst scenarios possible, and find all irrefutable reasons why that story MUST be true…

💭Yet I’ve been observing. Every negative thought, I have been telling myself “you are just a thought, I don’t have to believe you”. It’s a constant practice. A nerve-wracking one sometimes.
This evening I sat on this bench, I looked out in front of me, and suddenly the veil of the mind fell. Everything is perfect, in this moment. When I look in the present, there is already everything and beyond, it’s all provided. Nothing else needed. The scenarios of the mind are not there: I can see. I can breathe.

🕉️I pray to be connected more and more with the Peace that is already within.
May You all find all the Peace that you seek for. May we all be marinating in that Peace, returning to it again and again, until it’s our constant throughout life 🙏🏼

Everyone of us is provided with a set of qualities and gifts, whether we acknowledge it or not. For years I loved to use my voice but never truly allowed myself to, believing limiting thoughts “I am not a singer.. my voice is not great.. Who am I to even try?”. Yet beneath all the egos and the insecurities, our whole power and force is present. It’s a gift to even be able to emit sound!
I love to experiment, playful like a child. So it was today with this majestic gong in front of me.
Experimenting is like a dance. Not about perfection, it is about letting go. And when the ego falls aside, it leaves room for something bigger to come through and heal every wound.
This is what I felt while playing this magical gong. May it, in some way, speak directly to your Soul 🙏🏼

Do you sometimes get caught up in chasing the next thing, things went so fast and you didn't even take the time to stop and realise to how far you've come? You wanted something so bad, but once you achieved it, it's already the next thing?

So often we act from a place of "not good enough-ness". A lack consciousness, a diminished image of ourselves. We were conditioned that we need to achieve, to prove, to "show worth" to actually BE valuable.
Yet you can achieve whatever you want, but if you don't realize your worth from inside and realise that you already ARE GOOD ENOUGH, nothing on the outside will be enough to prove that.
These are self-limiting beliefs. They are not the truth. Maybe this can inspire you to think of how many amazing things you already do and how many qualities YOU have, and love yourself for who you are. From this more loving and compassionate place, only beautiful things and inspired action will happen 🙏

May was a powerful month.. Cherishing moments of togetherness, of re-connection with ourselves, finding a new way to live our life, being kinder and more loving with ourselves. With a group of 15 loving students at @consciousyogaacademy we created a safe space for this and more to happen. 🩷

For me May has been a month of growth, of contentment, of consolidating my experience and developing a whole new level of confidence and love for myself, as I witness this person that is constantly seeking to help others. I love myself every day more as I witness the growth and evolution of my Soul while it embodies its purpose on Earth 🌷

Hi beautiful virtual family!
The past weeks have been a whole ride and I haven’t been able to be very present here. We have been working hard to get the retreat center ready for the big opening of the season! It was a success!
For those who don’t know it yet, I live and work for most of the year in a stunning yoga retreat center in Greece. The center expanded and renovated this year, going through a big upgrade - which of course required much love, effort and dedication from all.
It was not always easy to handle the pressure and the amount of things to be taken care of, but when working with a team of motivated and soul-driven people everything can be achieved. “Many hands make a miracle” is our Motto this year.

It’s been one week since I arrived back in Karpathos after 4 months spent between home and traveling. 🪷

A beautiful little community group welcomed me like a family. Here time slows down. I can synch with the rhythm of nature, to the sound of the waves and the wind.
🌻Yet the process of adjusting always takes time. The mind brings constantly thoughts of what could be that is not, what you are missing, what is lacking. It’s a constant training to stay conscious and aware of the mind’s fluctuations: good and bad, easy and difficult.
I don’t know about you but I’ve been noticing lots of those ups and downs in the last days (maybe the eclipse had something to do with it too!)
When that happens I remind myself that: “I am just here to experience”.
Just live the experience! Love the experience of life! Look around, breathe, and reconnect with the Present moment.

And no matter where you are, we are connected.
💙

We are immersed in an interconnected field of vibrating atoms. Physics calls it “quantum field”.
It’s a web of vibrating energy. We are immersed in it. Our bodies, minds, the entire world and our universe is interwoven in it.
Our energy, our soul, our “aura” are all forms of this very field: we too are made of it.

How is this relevant?

It’s a unified field of consciousness.
As all things are interconnected and one with each other, we want to become more conscious of our environment, the choices we make, the stimuli we take in, and what is helping us, nurturing us.

Learning to tap into our true essence is key to support our transformational and evolutionary journey. Spiritual energy is the fuel of our life, it is our inner engine of transformation!
The more we make space for it, the more it will bring forth the magnificence of our Self and soul, and become the loving driver of our life.

For who knows me knows how much I love tuning forks! Today I want to share a little bit about one of my favorite ones, the 128Hz. Did you know that tuning forks were originally used to tune instruments? This powerful little tool is literally helping us to tune in our system - we also can get out of tune! 😜

You can place the 128Hz fork on and around stiff and painful joints or on higher chakras (heart, third-eye and crown) to bring about balance and harmony. It helps to release nitric oxide which is an incredible neurotransmitter that is involved in so many crucial physiological processes. I'll share more on that in other posts!

I love sound healing…
(read along to a little recent life story 💫)

I’ve been practicing it for one and a half years, offering this powerful sacred practice to hundreds of people (the perks of living in a yoga retreat center!) 🌴
And yet something inside called for a new journey: diving deeper into the world of sound.

I found out that, exactly on the island I was going to visit in Thailand, an intensive sound healing training was taking place! Synchronicity or case?

Well I stopped believing in case. Nothing is ultimately completely random. So I considered signing up.
But I had many doubts - should I do it? Is it going to add value to what I already know?

It’s funny to listen to the ego speaking at times. It’s like a little child that has fear and wants to control everything, afraid of making a mistake.

I signed up. And I am incredibly grateful for that.
In one intense, sound-full week, we dove into the science of healing through sound, learning so many techniques and proven protocols for physical, mental and emotional healing.
And I can see how embracing a scientific approach is SO beneficial for Western minds (like mine! 😉)

I am so thankful for @yogasoundtherapy for sharing his lifetime experience with us and to @islandyogathailand for offering such a beautiful space.

Not even 2 weeks have passed and I have already shared what I learned with 30+ people.
I am in awe and in full trust of life’s unfolding.

There’s a certain potency in numbers.
When a group of people tune into the same intention, they are actually sending a consistent signal to the quantum field. ⚡️

During my last sound bath, I invited everyone to let an intention resonate from within: to reconnect with their true Power and embrace who they are in their full authenticity.

It is powerful. Why?
Because combining the high frequencies of a sound bath with collective intention, our energy is amplified.
Together we are stronger, and we are able to connect with higher possibilities.

6 months ago, in the midst of the summer season in Greece, I decided I’d take time off in winter to travel to a quiet place, where to practice and spend time on my own. A friend recommended me to come to Koh Yao Noi and visit @islandyogathailand, saying it’s a place that would surely resonate with me (THANK YOU @the.wandering.badger!!)
And so here am I, on my Week 3 here, and this place has brought me SO much relaxation, nurturing, and deep healing.

Grateful to Life and grateful to myself for following my inner guidance. It always guides us the right way if we are ready to listen. 🙏🏼🩵

Today I found myself staring at a giant Guan Yin statue in Chiang Rai. She is the representation of a Bodhisattva (one who dedicated their life to the awakening of all beings) of compassion. 🪷

She is deeply loved and often represented in Thailand. Thai people here turn to her for guidance, as she is always listening to the cries of the world. She reminds us to be compassionate with ourselves and with one another.

May she inspire you as well 🤍

Healing = High Vibration + Intention

What does that mean?

Imagine someone asks you what kind of icecream you want from the icecream shop. You say "I like everything". Your friend said "I like chocolate". Who will get the most accurate result?

➡️ You can be in a High vibration environment with all the most amazing sound instruments, but if you do not set a clear intention for the practice (which requires tapping into your heart and connecting with your inner world) , then the session will be less impactful. Same goes if the person facilitating the session does not set an intention - this will reflect in how the session comes through them - the energy is less canalized and it will be less "precise", less accurate.

So what's the invitation?
When you go to a sound healing practice or a yoga class, connect with your deepest sense of self, connect with your inner world, and ask "what is my intention for this practice?"
Let that come from the heart, not from the mind. Allow for space to hear the answer.
And then send all your willpower to that. 💕
