Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a powerful practice that uses the vibrations of gongs, tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, koshi chimes to heal our physical, mental, energetic body. It's an immersive experience where the evocative sounds and their harmonic frequencies bathe us and help us, just as instruments, to tune us back to our pure, natural rhythms.
Sound healings can happen in different settings, both privately or as groups. Contact me to know more about sound healing, its potency, or to facilitate a group sound healing.
Individual attunement sessions with Tuning Forks are also recommended if you would like to work precisely on your energetic field to clear out stagnant energy and restore balance of specific areas of your body.
Asana Practice (Yoga)
Certified by Conscious Yoga Academy and with over 400h of teaching experience to both beginners and advanced practitioners, I guide gentle and welcoming classes that focus on alignment, safety, and anchor the mind to the breath. Whether it is a more active Vinyasa class or a calming Yin or restorative class, I provide variations for helping you stay connected with your bodily experience and deepening your practice.
Aside of group classes, I offer tailored private sessions designed to meet your individual needs and work on specific areas of the body, where discomfort might be experienced.

Meditations
I offer 30-minute weekly meditations, available both online and offline, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner spaciousness, and calm the mind through the transformative power of the breath. Rooted in traditional practices, they incorporate ancient pranayama techniques to enhance mental clarity, harmonize the nervous system, and elevate your overall energy and vibration.
