Have you ever felt like something in your life just isn’t aligned? Maybe you're longing for more meaning, or you feel stuck in your current routine. If so, you're not alone—I was once in that very place!
My journey from a small town in Italy to exploring the depths of yoga, sound healing, and coaching has taught me that true transformation is possible when we combine these powerful tools to support our mind, body, and spirit.
From Italy to Inner Purpose
When I first began my journey, I was curious about human behavior. After earning a degree in psychology, I felt drawn to yoga in 2014 while living in Padua, Italy. What started as a physical practice soon revealed its deeper layers. Yoga helped me connect with myself in ways I hadn’t experienced before. Fast forward a few years and countries later—having lived in places like the US, Thailand, and Germany—I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Karpathos in 2022. It was here that I discovered my true purpose: guiding others to find their inner light through yoga, coaching, and healing.
But the magic really started happening when I realized how coaching could complement yoga, amplifying its transformative effects.

The Power of Yoga: A Gateway to Self-Discovery
Yoga is much more than just postures. It’s a pathway to self-discovery, giving you the space to reconnect with yourself. In my own journey, yoga has been a cornerstone—helping me become more present, grounded, and aware of my inner world.
Through poses (asanas), breathwork, and meditation, yoga quiets the fluctuations of the mind and creates the mental clarity we often lack in our busy lives. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, the practice has a way of showing you where you're holding tension—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Yoga has helped me identify limiting patterns in my own life, from doubts to fears, and it opens a space to begin working through them.
Why Yoga Helps:
Self-Awareness: Yoga sharpens your ability to recognize what’s happening internally—whether it's stress, anxiety, or self-limiting thoughts.
Emotional Balance: Through regular practice, you learn how to calm your nervous system and find emotional stability, even in challenging situations.
Mind-Body Connection: Yoga reconnects you with your body, which is a critical aspect of personal transformation.
But it wasn’t until I integrated coaching into my life that I experienced even deeper growth.
Coaching: Turning Insight into Action
While yoga brings inner awareness, coaching gives you the tools to translate that awareness into action. When I discovered coaching, it was like finding the missing piece of the puzzle. Coaching goes beyond the "what" of our lives—what we're feeling, what we want to change—and helps us get clear on the "how."
For example, during a yoga practice, you might realize that you’re feeling unfulfilled at work or stuck in certain aspects of your personal life. That’s where coaching comes in—it helps you explore those feelings, understand where they come from, and create a plan to move forward.
As someone on my own path of becoming a Deep Transformational Coach, I believe coaching isn’t just about setting goals. It’s about guiding people back to themselves, helping them shed the layers of limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with their true purpose.
Why Coaching Complements Yoga:
Clarity: Coaching helps you take the insights you gain from yoga and turn them into a clear path forward.
Overcoming Limiting Beliefs: Together, we work through the doubts and fears that hold you back, replacing them with empowering beliefs.
Alignment: Coaching ensures that the changes you make in life—whether in your career, relationships, or personal growth—are aligned with your deepest values and purpose.
A Personal Example:
I remember a time during my yoga practice when I kept feeling a sense of resistance—like I wasn’t truly allowing myself to be vulnerable, both on the mat and in my life. Through coaching, I discovered that this resistance was rooted in an old fear of failure. Once I confronted it and began working through it, not only did my yoga practice evolve, but so did my approach to life. I became more confident, open, and aligned with my purpose. This transformation is what I now aim to help others achieve.
How Yoga and Coaching Together Can Transform Your Life
Combining yoga and coaching offers a holistic approach to transformation—one that nurtures both your inner awareness and your external growth. Here’s how these practices work hand-in-hand:
1. Deepening Self-Awareness
Yoga teaches you to be present, to notice what’s happening in your body and mind. Coaching takes that self-awareness and digs deeper—helping you understand why you feel stuck or unfulfilled, and how to move beyond it.
Example: You might notice feelings of self-doubt arise during a challenging yoga pose. Coaching helps you explore where that self-doubt shows up in your life and how to overcome it.
2. Balancing Inner and Outer Growth
Yoga helps you develop inner peace and mindfulness, while coaching gives you the tools to take tangible steps toward your goals. Together, they create balance—nurturing both your inner world and your outer actions.
Example: If you’re feeling stressed in your career, yoga can help you calm your mind and reconnect with your purpose. Coaching helps you align that purpose with real-world decisions, like changing jobs or starting a new project.
3. Sustainable Transformation
Yoga and coaching don’t just offer quick fixes—they create lasting change. Yoga helps you become more present and resilient, while coaching helps you set realistic, sustainable goals for personal growth.
