Hi, I am Vittoria
I’m a yoga teacher and transformational coach with a background in neuropsychology and years of experience in fast-paced work environments.
I understand how easily stress can settle into the body. My work blends mindful, yoga-informed movement, breathing practices, and deep listening to support change from both the body and the inside out.

My story
I’ve always loved listening to others, holding space and navigating challenges together.
I studies Neuropsychology and later on Management, worked many years as Human Resources professional, supporting people from all walks of life to grow, develop, and develop their skills.
I established training and development programs for companies, worked as career mentor and hosted workshops, empowering others to thrive.

Through my desk job, I noticed how easily tension became my default. It showed up as tight shoulders, a stiff neck, shallow breathing, tiredness, and I felt disconnected from myself even when life looked fine.
So in 2022, I began my own journey of transformation, I became a Certified Yoga Yeacher (RYT500), Sound Healer (RSH100) and Certified Deep Transformational Coach (Life Coaching).
Eventually this new path led me to leave my corporate job and venture into my own business, helping others to find greater balance and wellbeing.
Today, I help clients who feel the effects of desk work, stress, or long days in their body, with 1:1 mobility and breath coaching.
Together, we work with the areas that feel most restricted, often the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and breath, and create a practice that is realistic for your life.
Alongside, I offer 1:1 transformational coaching for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a point of change. The sessions offer a calm, confidential space to pause, listen to what is really going on, and find greater clarity around the life you want to create.
Whether your body has been asking for more care, you are finding it hard to switch off after work, or you are longing for clarity about what comes next, we can begin with what is here now.
I would be honoured to support you,
Vittoria
