Tutto è nato da un’idea, una visione che ho avuto un mese fa passeggiando, di organizzare un evento dove cinquanta e più persone potessero beneficiare delle vibrazioni dello Yoga e del Suono.. ed eccoci qui, oggi, dopo uno splendido pomeriggio in vostra compagnia!

Aaaand it’s a wrap up of season 2025 in Karpathos… what a ride! 😁

Moments of joy, laughter and togetherness, but let’s be honest, so many challenges as well!
But that’s when the real fruits of the inner work revealed themselves and made me so grateful for my spiritual path.
I knew I am the driver on this vehicle of my life, I can choose my thoughts, my words, my reactions .. and I could chose not to lean into the negativity I felt, but rather trust that things will pass eventually (even when sh** had totally hit the fan!!)… and now I look at where I am and how I feel, and I’m so grateful it all played as it did!

Some moments of challenge have been…
🔻Coming out of a 7 year relationship
🔻Finding who I am on a “solo” path again (but actually, are we ever really Solo??)
🔻Managing the retreat center in its peak season
🔻Holding space for others, when I actually needed to be held myself
🔻Constantly adapting to the changes in the team, managing conflicts, and putting off small fires

Yet, they were all things that made me grow.. And so many more moments of gratitude:
💫 Learning how incredibly strong, resilient I can be and how many resources I can take out when things get rough
💫Finishing my 7th yoga teacher training as assistant teacher, led by my beloved @persefoni_aishwarya and getting ready for the next level of this journey as trainer… so exciting!
💫Cherishing every single day.. nourished by healthy meals, sun, sea dips, and a high vibration environment
💫 Celebrating so many moments of UNITY, spending time singing, laughing, sharing, and nurturing new connections
And last but not least… Enjoying moments with my little animal friends who made my day every day!

I feel lucky, I feel strong, I feel a new version of me is emerging… so inspired for the next chapter of Vittoria 5.0 💕

If you were part of this summer, thank you for making it special, one way or another our Souls were meant to meet! And if you read so far along, thank you for being here. 💕

No other words can truly define us. Pure energy, consciousness cannot be defined, grasped, boxed. We are beyond anything finite. We are the magnificent force of Spirit that dwells within us.

The beauty of Sound healing is that we are conduits of it.
We are not the “Doers”. 🙂‍↔️

I was talking with a dear friend and sound healer about how difficult it actually is to find people that do this work without bringing in the Ego and getting entangled with a new, more ‘spiritual’ quest for success into this field.
It’s subtle, and we wouldn’t think so, but the Ego can also mutate into a Spiritual one. Suddenly your “I” comes at the forefront of the work.

But healing can only happen through us - when our readiness as healers meets the one of the client.

For me the key is to remain humble. To remember, always, that I am just a channel for the work to happen for the benefit of All. And give thanks to myself, but especially for the forces beyond my power.

What’s your experience with the spiritual egos? 🤓

The beauty of Sound healing is that we are conduits of it.

My beautiful ones… these past months have been a rollercoaster ride for me, one that I could never have expected. At times it felt like I was the protagonist of a big drama serial which I never chose to take part in!

I lived lovey dovey comfortable days until it all broke to pieces and I dove into the darkness.
July energy was emotional and collisive. Internal turmoil, sadness, anger. August was a bursting of everything that could burst and a crumbling of the last pieces of the old in me. I felt like I was mitigating fires all around me.
But I started to feel an inner expansion beyond what my mind thought was possible.
September energy is here now, and it feels fresh, clearing and cleansing. It feels amicable and soothing after the big storm and fires.

And all I can say is that, despite all the moments I thought I didn’t know how I would do it, and I saw no ways of moving ahead, I am still here, with so much more strength, determination, courage.

Life has brought an earthquake, to test my ground and see how centered I can still be. And I can still be. It brought so much depth, so much more understanding and compassion - for myself first of all, and for those around me who acted more or less kindly.

Everything always changes and evolves. Even the worst is never the end of it and there is so much more love inside of us, which we can’t even imagine.

Everything comes for a reason and I truly want to say Thank You to the universe for whatever is bringing into my life. I feel like I have SO much that I want to share with all of you and with the world.
Inspiration is slowly coming back and I will bring more insights about my learnings to you very soon 💛

It’s all about BALANCE… ✨

I guess that is what this earthly life journey is all about.. It’s so easy to get carried away into extremes - working too much vs being lethargic, eating compulsively vs counting calories, being extremely emotional vs denying feelings.. There are soo many more examples of this.

And even on the spiritual path, these extremes can be there! (The Egos just evolve!). An example?
Practicing too much and becoming very “strict”, vs not being able to stick to a disciplined routine at all. Being dogmatic vs being gullible.

It’s all about balance. And it all happens naturally when we start accepting and integrating all parts of ourselves, loving them as they are, and having discernment in our decisions.

It all starts with kindness and love for ourselves. That’s how all our inner parts can be in BALANCE 💫🙏🏼

I heard quote that said “Don’t bring your dreams to your tomb”.

Quite hard, no?
But in a way, it did wake me up.
I never imagined that I could find myself doing this beautiful work.. Offering 1:1 sound treatments, guiding sound healings for groups, holding trainings on a beautiful island.
But the choice wasn’t easy. Life tests you and asks you again and again to face your fears and listen to your calling.
It was clear inside of me that the corporate life wasn’t fulfilling my full potential anymore, but I had no idea what else was for me. My mind couldn’t conceive it. On one hand I felt lost. But on the other I knew there was more.

I trusted that this voice inside of me was truthful, it was real. “You are meant for more” it said.
So I embraced the Unknown and took a step towards a big life change.
So much has revealed and keeps revealing since, and I feel blessings are coming every time.

So my advice to you: dare to try. Follow what your heart is telling you. Life is your present moment, so don’t live for the future. Listen to what you are called to and trust it to lead you to your rightful path 🍀

What does it benefit us to complaint and get stuck at the level of difficulties, victimizing ourselves to what happened to us?

Did you ever ask yourself how maybe like can be happening FOR you? It requires a great amount of trust.. but it’s actually the only way..
Complaining and assuming the victim role is ultimately only detrimental for us; and takes the power away.

Take your Power back. Choose to accept and even say thank you for what is happening to you. Maybe now it doesn’t make sense to your mind; but trust that ultimately it will all fall into place 🩵

Everyone of us is provided with a set of qualities and gifts, whether we acknowledge it or not. For years I loved to use my voice but never truly allowed myself to, believing limiting thoughts “I am not a singer.. my voice is not great.. Who am I to even try?”. Yet beneath all the egos and the insecurities, our whole power and force is present. It’s a gift to even be able to emit sound!
I love to experiment, playful like a child. So it was today with this majestic gong in front of me.
Experimenting is like a dance. Not about perfection, it is about letting go. And when the ego falls aside, it leaves room for something bigger to come through and heal every wound.
This is what I felt while playing this magical gong. May it, in some way, speak directly to your Soul 🙏🏼

Per anni ho amato usare la voce, ma non mi sono mai permessa di lasciarla emergere veramente. “Non sono una cantante! Chi sono io per provarci?”. Eppure, al di sotto di tutte le insicurezze, si cela il nostro potere e la nostra creatività. Amo sperimentare, giocosa come una bambina. Così è stato oggi, con questo maestoso gong davanti a me.
La sperimentazione è come una danza. Non è perfezione, è lasciar andare. Quando l’Ego si toglie di mezzo, lascia spazio perché qualcosa di più grande ti attraversi e guarisca ogni ferita.

Yet beneath all the egos and the insecurities, our whole power and force is present. It’s a gift to even be able to emit sound!
I love to experiment, playful like a child. So it was today with this majestic gong in front of me.
Experimenting is like a dance. Not about perfection, it is about letting go. And when the ego falls aside, it leaves room for something bigger to come through and heal every wound.

Do you sometimes get caught up in chasing the next thing, things went so fast and you didn't even take the time to stop and realise to how far you've come? You wanted something so bad, but once you achieved it, it's already the next thing?

So often we act from a place of "not good enough-ness". A lack consciousness, a diminished image of ourselves. We were conditioned that we need to achieve, to prove, to "show worth" to actually BE valuable.
Yet you can achieve whatever you want, but if you don't realize your worth from inside and realise that you already ARE GOOD ENOUGH, nothing on the outside will be enough to prove that.
These are self-limiting beliefs. They are not the truth. Maybe this can inspire you to think of how many amazing things you already do and how many qualities YOU have, and love yourself for who you are. From this more loving and compassionate place, only beautiful things and inspired action will happen 🙏

May was a powerful month.. Cherishing moments of togetherness, of re-connection with ourselves, finding a new way to live our life, being kinder and more loving with ourselves. With a group of 15 loving students at @consciousyogaacademy we created a safe space for this and more to happen. 🩷

For me May has been a month of growth, of contentment, of consolidating my experience and developing a whole new level of confidence and love for myself, as I witness this person that is constantly seeking to help others. I love myself every day more as I witness the growth and evolution of my Soul while it embodies its purpose on Earth 🌷

The past weeks have been a whole ride and I haven’t been able to be very present here. We have been working hard to get the retreat center ready for the big opening of the season! It was a success!
For those who don’t know it yet, I live and work for most of the year in a stunning yoga retreat center in Greece. The center expanded and renovated this year, going through a big upgrade - which of course required much love, effort and dedication from all.
It was not always easy to handle the pressure and the amount of things to be taken care of, but when working with a team of motivated and soul-driven people everything can be achieved. “Many hands make a miracle” is our Motto this year.

It’s been one week since I arrived back in Karpathos after 4 months spent between home and traveling. 🪷

A beautiful little community group welcomed me like a family. Here time slows down. I can synch with the rhythm of nature, to the sound of the waves and the wind.
🌻Yet the process of adjusting always takes time. The mind brings constantly thoughts of what could be that is not, what you are missing, what is lacking. It’s a constant training to stay conscious and aware of the mind’s fluctuations: good and bad, easy and difficult.
I don’t know about you but I’ve been noticing lots of those ups and downs in the last days (maybe the eclipse had something to do with it too!)
When that happens I remind myself that: “I am just here to experience”.
Just live the experience! Love the experience of life! Look around, breathe, and reconnect with the Present moment.

And no matter where you are, we are connected.

We are immersed in an interconnected field of vibrating atoms. Physics calls it “quantum field”.
It’s a web of vibrating energy. We are immersed in it. Our bodies, minds, the entire world and our universe is interwoven in it.
Our energy, our soul, our “aura” are all forms of this very field: we too are made of it.

How is this relevant?

It’s a unified field of consciousness.
As all things are interconnected and one with each other, we want to become more conscious of our environment, the choices we make, the stimuli we take in, and what is helping us, nurturing us.

Learning to tap into our true essence is key to support our transformational and evolutionary journey. Spiritual energy is the fuel of our life, it is our inner engine of transformation!
The more we make space for it, the more it will bring forth the magnificence of our Self and soul, and become the loving driver of our life.

For who knows me knows how much I love tuning forks! Today I want to share a little bit about one of my favorite ones, the 128Hz. Did you know that tuning forks were originally used to tune instruments? This powerful little tool is literally helping us to tune in our system - we also can get out of tune! 😜

You can place the 128Hz fork on and around stiff and painful joints or on higher chakras (heart, third-eye and crown) to bring about balance and harmony. It helps to release nitric oxide which is an incredible neurotransmitter that is involved in so many crucial physiological processes. I'll share more on that in other posts!
