Offering Yoga at work not only is a much valued benefit for employee engagement, but most importantly it improves their well-being and fosters a harmonious work atmosphere. Working at the desk can have serious repercussions on our health. This is why I work closely with companies to offer their employees the opportunity to connect with their body and increase their mobility. I guide sessions that seamlessly integrate into the office culture, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall mobility.
